It is a term that we have been taught ever since we were young but somehow only some people are able to really grasp the concept of it. People every day are out there working way too hard at their jobs and their daily household chores and maintenance duties when there are much better ways for them to handle things. The concept of a waterless car wash is a great way to demonstrate the fact that most people work entirely too hard on a regular basis.
Think about all of the steps that go into a soap and water car wash. First you need to gather a large bucket, some soap and a sponge. Then it is time for you to untangle the hose to a point that it is actually usable and connect it to the faucet. If you still have energy by this point then you are ready to fill the bucket with some soap and add water to get it all sudsy. Then you want to give your car a big spray down, wasting a ton of water, to get it wet before applying the soapy water. Then you will want to start really scrubbing hard into your paint job so that you get all of the dirt out. You will probably have to go back to your bucket of soapy water about 10 times to get more soapy water to continue the job. After you feel like you have scrubbed your arm off then you can finally hose off the car with fresh water and get all of the soap and grime off. Don’t wait too long though because if you don’t dry your car off quick you are going to have some pretty ugly water stains and marks left over. Hurry up and grab a dry towel and rub the car down until it is totally dry and streak free. After all of this you are probably ready for a nice nap.
Now take the waterless car wash method for example. Grab yourself a bottle of solution and two micro fiber towels. Use the solution on the first towel to rub it into your car which will lift the dirt and grime right off of your vehicle. Then go back with the second towel and wipe everything clean, leaving a nice protective layer on your car to protect you from future contaminants. That’s it you are done.
Seems a lot simpler doesn’t it? Just simply look at the size of the paragraph for the soap and water method compared to the waterless method. Both methods will get your car clean (with the waterless method giving you the added benefit of lasting protection) but the waterless method will do it with a whole lot less effort, will take up much less time and will save precious resources for our environment. So next time you think about doing a task that seems difficult, think about a smarter way to accomplish it. It definitely works for washing your car, we know that for sure!
