Our Journey to Make Waterless the Industry Standard

In any business there is a certain amount of customer feedback that is needed for any brand or business to grow. Without learning what our customers think about us it can often be difficult to know exactly what we are doing right and wrong. By having this feedback we can improve on the things that we think need improving upon. We as the creators of Freedom Waterless Car Wash know how many advantages are a part of washing your car the waterless way but we are still confused as to why more car washes aren’t using the waterless system at their own car wash stations.

When you think about it all of the car wash equipment that a company would have to invest in just to start washing people’s cars is extremely expensive. There are so many big machines and other pieces of equipment that not only need to be bought but installed as well that can really start adding up in terms of money. We can’t really figure out why any company would want to spend so much on all of that equipment when they could just invest a few hundred dollars in some waterless car wash solutions as well as some microfiber towels and not have to worry about anything else. It is not only much easier to manage but cheaper and more efficient as well.

Our question to our customers is why they think it is not more common to see more waterless car wash options around. We know that it is still not the industry standard to use the waterless car wash but those that are in the industry of washing cars have had to have heard about it already. If they can save so much money on it by using it as their main means of washing their cars.

We are sure there isn’t just one simple answer but we are having a little trouble seeing why as we are probably a little bit too close to the project and our products. If you started to see a lot more waterless car washes popping up all over the place would you make use of them? We would like to think that people would but we need to pinpoint the reasons that are holding the waterless car wash back from going mainstream. We want to keep pushing forward until the waterless car wash is the standard in the car wash industry as there are so many benefits for everyone including the environment.

While really this is our responsibility to figure out, no one can help us to figure it out any better than you all, our customers. It is the customer feedba k and market research like this that we find to be most important to the growth of the waterless car wash industry as a whole. We would really appreciate if anyone that feels like they could contribute anything to this or has an opinion on the matter would leave us a comment letting us know what they think.
