In our opinion, each and every one of our waterless dealers has their own strength and special appeal. Some wash an incredible amount of cars week in and week out while others show an amazing amount of dedication by attending car shows. When it comes to Hi Def Detail from Dallas, one word comes to mind before any other. That word is versatility. With Hi Def Detail they are more than simply a company that can do a great job at washing your car. No matter what condition your car is in they can come in and do a great job of restoring it to an awesome, like new condition all over again.
Recently a customer brought in a white Mitsubishi Eclipse that was looking like it had definitely seen some better days in the past. This car had taken a few hard hits it looked like. These damages were apparent in the bumper and also the side of the car which apparently had come into close contact with a pole. Looking at the headlights also you could tell that they hadn’t been cleaned in some time, if ever. That is no problem for the boys at Hi Def Detail though because they are experts at making a car loo0k amazing all over again.
The first thing they went to work on was restoring the headlights. Not replacing the headlights which is a very expensive job but instead restoring them which is a whole lot cheaper. In fact, restoring the headlights can make them look as good as brand new ones. If you take a look at some of their work restoring headlights then you won’t have to ask yourself if that is true or not.
Then they went to work on the bumper. Holes in the bumper? Scratches on the bumper? No problem for Hi Def Detail. They went to work and did a complete repair and repaint. When they were done with it, you would never know that there had been any damage done to the bumper in the first place. Then they went and repainted and refinished the areas on the side of the car that were looking scratched and not so pretty. Of course they didn’t stop there though with all of the cosmetic repairs out of the way. They gave the whole car a complete waterless wash to make it look like brand new again. The way this car drove out of their repair center looked completely different than the way it drove in there.
The most important thing though, is what was the reaction from the customer? Well believe us, they were definitely pleased with the results. Apparently, they even sent Cameron an SMS at 11PM just to let him know that they keep going out to the garage to look at their car over and over. They simply couldn’t believe how good it looked after Hi Def Detail was done with it. We definitely believe it though and these results aren’t surprising to us at all anymore. We are still always keen to see results like this though, don’t get us wrong. Keep up the great work guys!
