We are constantly asking ourselves how we can bring the waterless car wash to be all that it possibly can be. This is much more than just an issue of personal gains as we really want the waterless car wash to become the standard in car care in order to really conserve water and help the environment. We understand that people are still a bit hesitant to clean their car with a solution that doesn’t use water and that is the biggest hurdle that we will have to get over before we can really market it towards the rest of the world. There are of course many more smaller hurdles though and sometimes we are a bit too close to the product to see these reasons for ourselves.
So far from what we can see, it seems that people just don’t believe that the waterless car wash will really be able to get their car clean. Most people equate being clean with water and not having water around makes them feel like it won’t be possible to get something clean. While we understand that it is not the case, it can still be hard to make other people understand this fact. We are currently thinking over different awareness strategies to expose the real benefits of the waterless car wash to the rest of the world.
Another thing that we know to be a problem is inferior waterless car wash products from the past. The waterless car wash has actually been around for quite a while but when it first was released by other manufacturers it was not up to the same standards to the type of products that we are now creating. It will be tough to make people realize that our products are different than the subpar ones that they may have tried several years ago but it is an important part of showing them that the waterless car wash is a perfectly reasonable option for all of their car care needs.
In the end though what we really need is the input from our customers. You are the ones who have made the jump to waterless and you probably had your own reservations before that happened. We want to know what it was that was making you hesitant and then what it was that made you finally come around in the end. This will help us to better serve our customers and give them more of what they really need to feel comfortable going waterless.
