For places around that country that suffer from snow and cold weather people are pretty much suffering all winter long trying to get through those months where it seems just impossible to keep their car clean. The good part for most of them though is that once the weather starts to really get warm it seems like it is almost a ritual to break out the bathing suit and get the hose going and start washing their car.
