While we of course support the waterless car wash in any area of the world, there are definitely some areas where it makes even more sense. Since the waterless car wash already makes a whole lot of sense on its own, making even more sense in another area makes it pretty much a no brainer. Singapore is one of those areas where we think the waterless car wash was just about created for. If you have ever been to Singapore before then you already know exactly what we mean. Also, to keep traffic down, car ownership in Singapore is heavily taxed. That means buying a car can easily cost 3 times as much as it would elsewhere in the world. How does that relate to the waterless car wash you might ask? Well, it means that anyone who owns their own car has quite a lot of money and will want to take care of their car in the best way possible. Of course there is no better way than the waterless car wash.
What Gecko has been doing to influence the waterless industry is making appearances in the media wherever possible. They have had multiple newspaper articles written about them and have even made appearances on TV to discuss the use and advantages of waterless products. The fact that some convenience stores in Singapore stock their products is a great sign that things are moving in the right direction for them.
We are definitely happy to have our products making waves in Singapore. Since Singapore is one of the most forward thinking countries around, we know that we must be doing something right.
