It’s Monday again and all of you waterless car wash fans know what that means. Of course, it is time for none other than a new update of what is going on with our friends over at Eco Auto Clean. A while back we decided to start featuring these guys every Monday because we felt that our fans needed something really cool to give them a boost on each Monday morning. Since Eco Auto Clean is always delivering new and great things for us to marvel at in a timely fashion, we thought there would be no better way than to work them into our Monday regimen. Now that Monday has unfortunately rolled around again, let’s check in with them and see how they have been holding up lately.
As you probably already know, Eco Auto Clean has gained a pretty nice reputation in the waterless car wash industry for their ability to wash an astonishing amount of cars in quite a short amount of time. It seems like every time we check in with them, we are met with so many new cars to look at and we almost don’t know what to do with ourselves. Today though, we are going to be looking at some other areas of their business that are just as important as washing all of those cars is.
At the foundation of just about every business on the planet is customer service and that is one area in which these guys are definitely not falling behind in. They treat each and every customer as if they are the most important customer that the company has which makes everyone who has ever used their service feel very valued by the whole crew at Eco Auto Clean. We can’t tell you how important that is to creating lasting business relationships in the waterless car wash industry.
They have even gotten to the point where they have customers sending in pictures to their email and Facebook accounts to tell them just how much they love the way their freshly washed car looks. When a customer takes the time out to go take a picture of the work you did and then send it back to you, that means you have really made an impression on them. From all that we know about the work ethic of the guys from Eco Auto Clean, that really doesn’t seem too far off.
All of you that are already familiar with Eco Auto Clean probably don’t have to be told anything at all but everyone else should be very impressed with everything that they have going on. We can really see Eco Auto Clean becoming one of the big, internationally recognized names in the field of the waterless car wash. All they need is just a bit more time to develop and for the waterless car wash to reach a wider base and then the sky is the limit for them.
