Anyone who has ever tried to run or operate a business knows how important it is that your customers stand behind your product 100%. Since it is your customers that will be the ones actually purchasing your product, having their full support is something that in not measurable in terms of dollars or cents in any way, shape or form. We often get great feedback from our customers regarding our products and we have to tell you that it never gets old. If you think receiving an email from a customer telling us how much they enjoy the waterless car wash, imagine how we feel when we get a 5 and a half minute video from one of them documenting the whole experience.
The latest experience like this came from Shawn over at Tedrow Mobile Detailing. Shawn is no stranger to the concept of the waterless car wash, using it extensively in his business to detail the cars that his customers bring in to him. While we won’t say what brand Shawn was using before, what we will tell you is that he decided it was time to switch to a superior product which is what prompted his decision to give Freedom products a try. As happy as Shawn is to be using our products now, we are just as happy to have him around as a customer.
Shawn was kind enough to create a video for us documenting his experience while using our product for the first time. He took a really dirty black Honda Civic and let out product really work its magic. Shawn is already extremely well versed in how a waterless car wash works and required no training before jumping in and really getting to work on this car. Throughout the video you can tell that he really knows his way around the waterless car wash and is definitely enjoying the experience of performing one using Freedom products.
Shawn made sure to send us an email letting us know how happy he was and included the link to the video he made. He told us that he would definitely be making the switch over to Freedom as his experience using the product was great and he reported the customer service to be top notch. If we can say so ourselves, that is exactly what we are striving to do for each and every customer so we are glad that we were able to meet our goals here.
